  • Program Description
    Do you want to deepen and broaden the field of leadership? Then this is YOUR (minor/exchange) programme! This program is in fact totally focused on what practice (current leaders) and society describes as ‘desirable’ and ‘much needed’ with respect to good leadership. Both in theory and in practice it appears frequently that the right kind of leadership now and in the future consists of leadership that focuses on the four human dimensions ‘Head’ (IQ), ‘Body’ (PQ), ‘Heart’ (EQ) and ‘Soul’ (SQ) instead of only on the ‘Head’ (as happens very often). Also Authentic Leadership is core of this programme. Please see below a description of the 2 periods: Period 3: Know yourself and know yourself in relation to others • Leadership Styles 1 (lectures and tutorials) • Organisational Behaviour (lectures and training sessions) • Training 1 (sessions on individual and on group level) • Practical Assignment 1 (observation, describing and analyzing) • Personal Development 1 (coaching, intervision and demonstration). Period 4: Know yourself (in relation to others) and research practice • Literature research (including videos, intervision and presentation) • Leadership Styles 2 (tutorials, group dynamics, team building) • Publishing (writing journalistic/popular scientific articles) • Training 2 (deepening communication tools from block 1) • Practical Assignment 2 (observation, describing, analyzing & advising) • Personal Development 2 (coaching, intervision and demonstration).
