  • Program Description
    First year: the first year is a general introduction and orientation to facility management. Students will gain insights to project and process management, get study career guidance and will execute four professional commands (projects) in groups. The basics of financial manamgement are taught as well as business English, FM products and services and the basic theories around Real Estate and Workplace management. During the second year purchasing management and sales and accountmanagement are taught as well as law and ethics, human resources management and research and negotiation skills. During the second semester students follow an internship. In this period students will follow lectures about research skills and management skills as well. In the third year attention is drawn to demand management and contract management in the first semester. In the second semester students can follow a minor programme abroad either follow a minor Workplace and Real Estate Management in Amsterdam - Diemen in English. During the first semester of the fourth year students execute 6 assignments concerning various topics within FM. The second half of the fourth year a final thesis during the graduation phase will be composed.
