• Program Description

  UPM’s program in Real in Real Estate and Facility Management has been developed to train professionals into the whole management process applied to Real Estate, Service Provision, and building operation. It’s organized through a Master Degree Program and three specialization tracks in Real Estate, Services, and Sustainable technical Building Operation. This Program has been developed for Architects, Engineers and others professionals related with Facility Management Services and Real Estate Management. The aim of the master is to develop the skills to manage the process associated with the life cycle sustainable operation and real estate properties. These professionals are trained in the following areas: Service Management Property Management Workplace Management Strategic Management Project Management Sustainable Technical Management The faculty consists of specialized professionals from companies and institutions from the Real Estate and Facility Management. All the teachers are related with business activities and research projects.
